Hello my name is Jim and the little girl (often mistaken for a little boy) is Stephanie. The Empire Family of Services first opened their doors for business in 1992. The family has been in the service buisness for over 50 years and I thought it was my time to take over the reins. I worked out of our family home in Garden Grove.
